Tips

For Windows Mobile products, try installing the latest Microsoft .NET Compact Framework (1.0 SP3).

For instructions on how to check the version of Compact Framework on your device click here.

For Windows Mobile products, try upgrading to your latest ROM version (click here for our list of ROM Updates).

For our desktop PC software products, try downloading the latest Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.
